Located in Marinha Grande - Leiria (the center of Portugal), near a very famous beach called São Pedro de Moel, Pantera is the most notorious and beautiful dancing club in the area.

Our club is located in a nice building of 400m2 and provides the best conditions such as an “American” look a like stage (allowing the dancers to do not have physical contacts with clients) where all the girls like to perform and dance.

The average client’s rotation is more or less 50 per night but on the week ends, this number is multiplied per 3.

Dancers do nude dance on the stage and in private shows and of course must be able to invite clients to take a drink with them.

In order to preserve our good image and reputation, our girls must be gentle, well educated and be able to have a nice conversation with our clients.

Contract Details

New dancers are always required as we keep on satisfying our clients through a turn-over of girls that changes every 1 - 3 months.

This means that we guarantee at least a 2 weeks - 3 months contract with the dancers (extension of the contract is possible if performances are proven) as long as they come from an EEC country (this detail is very important for us).

Airfare Allowance is Paid - longer you stay the more allowance – available 1 month plus

Salary / Conditions / Accommodation

Opening Times

Tuesday to Saturday - 11pm till 5am
And in July to August it is open every day

This is a nude and private shows dancing club.

Dance Prices

Each dancer receives a salary of 30€ per night.
Dancers receive 50% of Dances
Each private show costs 30€ - £20 sterling
Drinks are 30€ (normal drink), champagne is from 60€ to 250€ and a commission of 50% is given to the girl.
Hard working, gentle and communicative dancers can make between 2000 and 4000€ per month (even more).
Accommodation is 5€ per day (basic pension) and the club provides transport for free.
